Arise Games ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ElementalBlast mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

ElementalBlast does not require account creation or login. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

However, our App uses third-party services that may collect certain information automatically:

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process the following data:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, operating system version)
• IP address (for approximate location to serve relevant ads)
• App usage data and ad interaction data

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we display a consent form at first launch using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can choose to accept or decline personalized advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your data.

Google Firebase

We use Google Firebase for basic app infrastructure. Firebase may collect:

• App instance identifiers

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences:

• High score
• Audio preferences (on/off)
• Tutorial completion status
• Language preference
• Ad consent status
• Games played counter

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Uninstalling the App will delete this data.

Children's Privacy

ElementalBlast is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App's content rating is suitable for all ages (PEGI 3 / Everyone), but ad personalization and data collection are handled by Google AdMob in accordance with their policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. The only data sharing occurs through the third-party services described above (Google AdMob and Firebase), which operate under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We do not store any user data on our servers. Data collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase) is retained according to their respective data retention policies.

Your Rights (EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to access your data
• Right to request deletion of your data
• Right to withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time
• Right to data portability

To manage your advertising preferences, you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting any information processed through third-party services. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
